Sweet and nervous Sophie never deserved to experience the harshness of life at such a vulnerable age. When she was just a teenager, her parents Reginald and Emilia passed away in a car accident. Although she had the support and understanding of her friends Toro and Rubicante, the traumatic event had driven something of a wedge between Sophie and her sister Kate. The two coped in very different ways, and although Sophie tried to be as understanding as she could, it was clear that Kate preferred to avoid the painful memories...as well as her own sister. It was like Kate was moving on, whilst Sophie wanted to stay with the memories of her parents forever.

Sophie has always wished she could just make things right with a touch of her paw, but knows deep down that's not how it works. It doesn't stop her from feeling the deep ache inside though, of needing so badly to help everyone and take their pain away.

If only she could understand how to come to terms with her own grief too...
